To summarise:

Firstly I am not here to tell you what to do this website is not for that purpose, this website is to urge you to make a more balanced decision than the fluffy positives that the government and car manufacturers want you to see.

Hopefully this website has now provided you with a more balanced view of both the ecological, environmental damage and the hidden costs not explained in order for you to make a clearer decision.

• Production isn't "green" and causes more ecological damage than the use of an EV can offset,
• Production uses child labour in poorer countries the same as the kind of thing people campaign against in other manufacturing industries ( clothing is a main one),
• Charging an EV doesn't necessarily mean the energy provided is produced with environmentally friendly methods, all electric produced goes into the grid you don't get a special line from a wind turbine to a charging point or your home.
• After its useful life a lot of the components end up sat in landfill or scrapyard rotting away polluting the environment,
• You don't ultimately own certain EV's so your effectively renting one you never truly own.
• It isn't necessarily cheaper to run an EV and can be more costly over an ICE
